The story begins early. Senior year, I went all in—chasing every leadership opportunity and aiming for Valedictorian. I didn’t get the title, but I jumped from 13th to 2nd place in just nine months and delivered our commencement speech. That moment lit a fire in me.

For over two decades, I’ve led with that same grit, passion, and drive. Helping leaders rise is what I do.

I took a leap from my nursing job in Alabama to a national travel nurse, learning that growth happens outside your comfort zone. At 23, I built a thriving travel nurse company with zero business experience—proving that opportunity isn’t given, it’s created. With no network, I broke into pharmaceutical sales at Lilly, mastering influence and personal branding, then leveraged strategic career moves to earn advanced degrees, positioning myself for leadership. Stepping into global strategy, I navigated high-stakes decision-making before taking on my most transformational role as a Senior National Field Medical Director—a true baptism by fire.

Now, as an executive consultant and motivational speaker, I help high-achieving women step into their power, lead with authenticity, and accelerate their success.
